Mission & Goals

Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) LLC (“GEAPP”) is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA and organised and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. GEAPP UK Limited is the UK subsidiary of GEAPP and assists GEAPP with, inter alia, development and implementation of the vision and mission of GEAPP and its group companies, providing a recommendation as to the short and long term strategies, including potential capital deployment opportunities, and research, due diligence and creation of proposals and programme development for potential capital deployment opportunities for GEAPP.
