Mission & Goals
The organisation provides independent legal and compliance consulting services in the areas of data protection, privacy, and artificial intelligence (AI) regulation. Its goal is to help organisations - particularly startups and technology companies - understand and comply with European legal frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, and related data governance instruments. Advising clients on compliance with EU and national data protection and AI laws. Supporting ethical and responsible technology development. Monitoring EU legislative and policy developments in the fields of digital regulation, privacy, and AI. Contributing to awareness and understanding of EU legal standards through publications, webinars, and training initiatives.
EU Legislative Interests
Participation relates to the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), in particular the development of the Code of Practice on transparent generative AI systems, initiated through the Call for Expression of Interest published by the European Commission in 2025. The registrant also monitors related EU digital-governance frameworks, insofar as they inform transparency and compliance obligations under the AI Act. These activities are limited to expert participation and compliance analysis.
Communication Activities
Communication activities are limited to educational and awareness-raising initiatives, such as webinars, social-media posts, and articles explaining developments under the EU AI Act and related frameworks. The purpose of these activities is to promote understanding and compliance with EU legislation among startups and SMEs.

Additional Information
The registrant operates as a self-employed consultant providing legal and compliance advisory services on EU data-protection and artificial-intelligence legislation. Registration in the EU Transparency Register is made to comply with the eligibility requirements for participation in the European Commission’s stakeholder working group on the Code of Practice on transparent generative AI systems under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Accordingly, no costs have been incurred in relation to activities covered by the register.
