Mission & Goals
Galp Energia is an integrated energy operator present in the entire oil and natural gas value chain and increasingly active in renewable energy. Our mission is to create value for clients, employees and shareholders, operating in energy markets with ambition, innovation and competitiveness, promoting respect for the principles of ethics and sustainability. We are globally present - Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique (and other African countries). In the Exploration & Production business segment, we explore, develop and produce oil and natural gas and are present in more than 60 projects around the world. The Refining & Marketing business segment processes crude oil in one refinery, in Sines - distributes refined products, predominantly in the Iberia. The deployment of renewables (solar, wind, hydrogen, etc.) is a key priority for Galp, aiming to have a key role in decarbonization, towards achieving Green Deal, FF55 and RePowerEU objectives.
