Mission & Goals
FundPartner AM offers tailor-made services for structuring and managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) on behalf of third parties. FundPartner AM is dedicated to unlisted assets and manages Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Fund of funds strategies for professional or qualified investors and also non-professional investors, exclusively within the framework of unit-linked life insurance contracts. FundPartner AM brings together unique and diversified skills in the asset management sector (asset managers, accountants, auditors, regulators, European institutions, banks, depositaries, etc.). This diversity of skills ensures a perfect knowledge of the regulatory and financial ecosystem as well as market practices.

The Main EU legislaative proposales or policies targeted that we are interested in is about collective investment scheme (Alternative investments funds and their managers), distributors of financial products and other related topics like money laundering regulation, digital regulation etc.
