Mission & Goals

We accelerate indigenous cleantech innovation in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) by building a self-sustaining ecosystem that connects public institutions, business, investors, academia and civil society. Our remit is to turn regional potential into performance: mobilising public and private finance, enabling startups and SMEs to scale locally through procurement and targeted support, and integrating domestic technologies into wider industrial value chains. We strengthen cross-border coalitions and link rural and urban stakeholders via clusters and energy communities, while facilitating evidence-based dialogue with decision-makers so that clean energy and air-quality outcomes are aligned with security and competitiveness priorities. Guided by partnership, local empowerment, system integration and regional cooperation, we help deliver solutions that are economically viable, socially equitable and environmentally sound.
