Mission & Goals
Fundacja Instytut Bezpieczeństwa Informacji is an organization promoting the development of the digital economy and supporting the implementation of innovative technological solutions in the business. We are a team of experts in the field of information security, personal data protection, and business management, especially quality management. We work with specialists in the field of the use of geospatial information and satellite technologies. We have many years of experience in providing services to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, companies from the banking sector, companies listed on the Stock Exchange, and public administration bodies. Our strategic goal is to increase the value of enterprises through the optimal use of intellectual, material and organizational resources.
EU Legislative Interests
People involved in the Foundation's activities are co-authors of the EU Code of conduct on agricultural data sharing by contractual agreement. We aim to influence EU policies or legislative proposals: adult learning, agriculture and rural development, better regulation, business and industry, competition, data protection, digital economy and society, education and training, the European market for space data, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), investments in small business, skills and qualifications, vocational education and training, youth, youth employment, and entrepreneurship.
Communication Activities
In 2018, we organized a series of conferences on innovative solutions in small farms as part of the "Network for innovation in agriculture and rural areas" operation. We are implementing the results of the "agroSentinel" project, carried out under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program for 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund. We are a partner of the project covering the implementation of modern innovative technologies, including BlockChain, RFID, DNA in order to strengthen the marketing of recognized meat quality systems, implemented by a consortium that includes, among others, the Polish Association of Beef Cattle Producers, the Institute of Genetics and Animal Breeding of the Polish Academy of Sciences, National Chamber of Medicine and Veterinary.
