Mission & Goals
Fundacja EdukWings is a Polish non-profit foundation based in Katowice, established to promote social inclusion, education and international exchange. Our goals are: (1) social assistance for marginalised groups at risk of exclusion; (2) educational projects and international exchanges; (3) promoting education and socio-economic development through digital transformation and innovation; (4) environmental protection and sustainable development; (5) social, educational and vocational activation of people with disabilities and senior citizens. We operate through training, workshops, language education, school exchanges, digital innovation projects and capacity-building for civil society organisations.
EU Legislative Interests
Fundacja EdukWings monitors and engages with EU policies in the following areas: (1) Erasmus+ Programme (KA1 and KA2) for international mobility and educational exchange projects targeting youth, adults and people with disabilities; (2) European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) for social inclusion, employment activation and anti-discrimination initiatives; (3) EU Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021-2030; (4) European Skills Agenda for upskilling, digital literacy and vocational activation; (5) EU Action Plan on Integration and Inclusion 2021-2027; (6) EU Green Deal and related education and awareness programmes on environmental sustainability. The foundation seeks to align its project portfolio with these frameworks to access EU co-financing and contribute to their implementation at the local and national level in Poland.
Communication Activities
Fundacja EdukWings conducts the following communication activities related to the EU policies above: (1) Social media outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms raising awareness of EU-funded opportunities for marginalised communities in the Katowice/Silesia region; (2) Organisation of community integration events, language cafés and workshops accessible to people with disabilities, seniors and migrants; (3) Collaboration with local NGO support centre COP Katowice to disseminate information about EU programmes to other civil society organisations; (4) Publication of educational materials and guides on digital skills, language learning and social inclusion in both Polish and English; (5) Participation in NGO capacity-building events to support other organisations in accessing EU funding.

Organisation Members
Fundacja EdukWings has no formal member organisations. The foundation works with individual volunteers and interns operating under voluntary service agreements pursuant to Polish law (Ustawa o działalności pożytku publicznego, Art. 44).
