Mission & Goals
La Fundación para el Fomento de la Investigación Sanitaria y Biomédica de la Comunitat Valenciana (Fisabio) es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro de carácter científico y asistencial, cuyo fin primordial es el fomento, impulso y desarrollo de la investigación científico-técnica, sanitaria y biomédica en la Comunitat Valenciana.
EU Legislative Interests
Fisabio, as non-profit institution in the public health sector, has a main aim to influence in public health policies in order to answer to population needs in health and quality of life. Main EU legislative proposals or policies targeted: Research and innovation policies related to the promotion of health such as EU4Health Programme 2021-2027, Horizon Europe, Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan, The European Health Data Space and the Innovative Health Initiative.
