Mission & Goals

SAFE Ukraine 2030 is an independent, non-governmental foundation committed to advancing democratic resilience, inclusive security, and public-private collaboration in Ukraine. In the context of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, our work has focused on responding to evolving hybrid threats through multistakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and digital resilience. Our team has successfully implemented 120+ projects in legal and security areas. Our Foundation plays an active role in strengthening resilience against disinformation, hybrid threats, and radicalisation, in line with the EU Security Union Strategy and its emphasis on protecting democratic processes and public spaces. We focus on applied research and evidence-based approaches to hybrid security, working within international consortia and cross-border projects.
