Mission & Goals
Founded more than 60 years ago, FruitVegetablesEUROPE (EUCOFEL) is the European Association representing the EU fruit and vegetables production and trade at European level. Based in Brussels, FruitVegteblesEUROPE acts as a liaison between the sectoral and regional stakeholders and the policy makers at the European Institutions, giving a voice to the European Fruit and Vegetables Producers and exporters. Over the years, FruitVegetablesEUROPE has become a major actor in the sector and cooperates on a regular basis with the European Institutions, International Organisations (such as OECD, UNECE and CODEX Alimentarius) and other relevant European Associations. FruitVegteblesEUROPE actively participates in expert and advisory groups, takes part in consultations and provides feedback and opinions on diverse issues.
