Mission & Goals
Frontline is a research and advisory organisation dedicated to stopping domestic abuse as soon as possible. We enable those institutions most frequently in contact with victims – employers, healthcare practitioners, and police – to identify victims and offer needs-based support. We currently focus on training employers on how to recognise and respond to warning signs of domestic abuse in their staff and consult on the build-out of comprehensive workplace policies to support and protect affected colleagues. Based on our research and experience in the field, we advocate for evidence-based policymaking that ensures comprehensive protection from domestic violence across the entire European Union.
