FEHRL is a registered International Association with a permanent Secretariat based in Brussels. Formed in 1989 as the Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories, it provides a coordinated structure for cooperation between more than thirty national research centres. OUR VISION is to create a Forever Open and Integrated Transport Infrastructure as a cornerstone of modern mobility. OUR MISSION is to serve society by accelerating the development and facilitating the deployment of collaborative science, technical knowledge and innovative solutions for the road infrastructure sector. OUR STRATEGY is to foster cooperation within the triple helix of research, industry and asset owners and operators.
