Mission & Goals
Our mission is to strengthen the skills of young leaders in Latin America and the Carribean, promoting a network of leaders for strategic collaboration. We want to inspire and support young leaders to collaboratively plan and execute solutions based on dialogue, non violent action and the construction of peace culture. Our values include integrity and honesty, learning and collaboration, solidarity and empathy, and excellence. To accompish this, we provide capacity building opportunities, create spaces for young leaders to exchange experiences and lessons learned, and support collaborative non violent actions led by young leaders in the region.

Communication Activities
Since the start of our youth network in 2022 we have completed the following activities that align with with aforementioned policies/procedures: 3 Youth Forums (2022-24) where young leaders from Latin American and the Carribean gathered to discuss current human right situations in their countries, to share experiences and lessons learned in their activism and leadership, to participate in capacity building sessions, and to collectively plan strategic actions to support human rights in the region. 2 Bootcamps (2024) targeting capacity building for young leaders and activisms to support their digital security, communication, and mental health. 2 Public Forums (2022 and 2024) parallel to OAS General Assembly Sessions to raise awareness about youth's role in promoting change. 4 Artivisim Projects (2024-present) led by youth leaders to insipre creative and non violent action in promoting human rights and civic values. Multiple Social Media Campaigns to raise awareness about human rights, to promote civic participation in electoral processes, and to encourage youth participation in civic spaces/processes. Referrals for youth leaders to educational opportunities, mental health services and funding opportunities for their human rights projects.
