Mission & Goals

The Format Group company was established in 2017 for investment activities within Ukraine and the EU. Currently, the company holds shares in the following enterprises: • Port Format LLC (Ukraine) – 85% owned by Format Group. Engaged in trading fertilizers for the Ukrainian market. • Gran Format (Ukraine) – 70.11% owned by Port Format. Specializes in the production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. • Lactopharm Ukraine – 50% owned by Format Group. Engaged in the production of ready-made feed for farm animals. • Lactopharm Sp. z o.o. (Poland) – 100% owned by Lactopharm Ukraine. Focuses on research and development in biotechnology. It is also a co-owner of intellectual property that enables antibiotic-free poultry farming. The company plans significant investments in poultry production in Ukraine This registration is carried out as part of the application process for the Call for Expressions of Interest from EU/EEA-based businesses to invest in Ukraine.
