Mission & Goals

ForHav is a Nordic SME that designs, implements and stewards urban marine restoration at working waterfronts (ports, waterfront real estate, offshore grid nodes). Our remit is to make nature-positive action investable: we develop standardised projects (mussel/oyster reefs, seagrass/kelp, eco-mooring, hybrid grey-green) and deliver high-integrity MRV (Measure–Report–Verify) of biodiversity and water-quality outcomes. We combine in-situ sensors and field surveys with Copernicus-ready Earth Observation; apply QA/QC, audit trails and third-party verification; and aggregate SMEs (fishermen, marinas) to lower transaction costs. We map outcomes to ESRS E4/CSRD reporting, EU Taxonomy criteria and finance/insurance use-cases (Sustainability-Linked Loans, parametric maintenance). We commit to claim integrity (no double counting) and open governance aligned with the EU Nature Credits roadmap.
