Mission & Goals

-Fon KUM Gilbert Consulting seeks to influence the EU Directive 2008/50 of the European Parliament, to include the rights of individuals in the said legislation. See my case para 63 and 64 of C-61/21. -Sensitizing and lobbying European Union decision and policy makers, including her leaders, on the necessity of reforming EU Air Pollution legislation 2008/50 of the European Parliament in the interests of Air Pollution victims and the environment. I seek to campaign in favour of an environmentally friendly and non lethal Air Pollution rules that should target the legitimate and fundamental rights of Air Pollution victims like myself. That, I and other victims of Air Pollution nefarious effects should be able to have my/their fundamental rights to be indemnified or compensated before a court of law, resulting from the flagrant violation by EU Member States on EU Air Pollution rules. These are the political and juridical reasons why I have been lobbying and must lobby the EU.
