Mission & Goals

Fluxy. One is a SaaS platform built to simplify and automate compliance with EU sustainability regulations, especially the implementation of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) under Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (ESPR). Our goal is to empower importers, manufacturers, and SMEs across Europe by providing an AI-driven, GS1-native solution for generating, managing, and distributing machine-readable product passports. Fluxy. One facilitates transparency, traceability, and circularity — enabling businesses to meet legal requirements while building consumer trust. We actively contribute to the European digital ecosystem and circular economy through partnerships with GS1, CIRPASS, and AIPIA. Our mission is to make sustainability scalable, compliance simple, and data accessible to all actors in the value chain.

EU Legislative Interests

-Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 — establishing the framework for the Digital Product Passport (DPP) under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). -The European Green Deal and the Circular Economy Action Plan — especially provisions targeting product lifecycle transparency and circularity. -Implementation of machine-readable DPP structures and standardised product data exchange formats across the Single Market. -SME-oriented compliance frameworks for digital traceability, product transparency, and eco-design obligations in key regulated sectors: --Steel and metals --Textiles and apparel --Electronics and batteries --Tyres and polymers --Furniture and construction materials --etc. -Adoption of data interoperability frameworks including the GS1 Digital Link, network resolvers, and similar technologies for multilingual, real-time product access. -Harmonisation of category-specific DPP data models and sectoral compliance requirements across Member States.

Communication Activities

Fluxy. One actively engages in communication and awareness activities that support the implementation of the EU Green Deal, ESPR, and Digital Product Passport (DPP) regulations, especially for SMEs and cross-border market actors. Our key communication actions include: • Creation and public dissemination of multilingual content on DPP adoption, GS1 standards, and circular economy integration for manufacturers and importers, including non-EU operators aiming to enter the European Single Market. • Development of compliance-oriented white papers and market guides, including a 2025 white paper aligned with Regulation (EU) 2024/1781, available for open access through our website and partner platforms. • Participation in EU-funded and policy-aligned networks, including CIRPASS, AIPIA, and GS1 Belgium & Luxembourg, where we contribute to the visibility and adoption of harmonised data models and resolver infrastructures. • Digital engagement campaigns targeting SMEs across industrial sectors to raise awareness of upcoming ESPR obligations and facilitate early onboarding to the DPP framework. • Organisation of onboarding webinars and product briefings, available on our YouTube channel and circulated via newsletters to sectoral associations and national SME support networks. • Outreach to European markets, translating EU-level regulation into practical toolkits tailored to the regional manufacturing base and local compliance support systems. • Contribution to policy roundtables and surveys via stakeholder platforms, where we provide feedback on practical DPP implementation and the impact of regulatory complexity on SMEs. These activities aim to bridge the gap between legislation and application — enabling transparency and compliance to become an asset for innovation and sustainable trade.
