Mission & Goals
Fleet Cards Europe (FCE) is the voice of independent fleet card providers in Europe. It was established in 2021 as a non-profit association to represent the interests of its members. Our membership includes key independent players in this market which are headquartered and operate across the continent. FCE members represent a major share of the fleet cards market. We monitor, evaluate and react to initiatives which affect our members and their clients, proactively engage with policymakers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and provide a forum for members to share research and best practice.
EU Legislative Interests
Fleet cards —whether physical or digital— are business-to-business (B2B) fleet management tools and identification instruments for the purpose of obtaining vehicle-related goods and services. They enable businesses to access energy, manage vehicle and road services expenses, and consolidate all transactions via a single platform. FCE is active across a broad spectrum of policy issues of relevance to our membership and the value chain we serve, ranging from policies on taxation, payments services, road transport decarbonisation and sustainable mobility.
