Mission & Goals
FinTech Belgium is an independent, non-profit federation founded in 2015, serving as the largest community of fintech professionals in Belgium. It unites financial experts, entrepreneurs, and investors to explore and discuss disruptive business models and emerging technologies in the financial services industry. The organization's mission encompasses three core objectives: Promotion: Actively and tangibly promote the digital finance sector in Belgium and Belgian fintechs abroad. Dialogue: Serve as the single point of contact for the industry towards regulators, legislators and other stakeholders. Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the exchange of information, experience, and best practices within and beyond the community. FinTech Belgium organizes various events, including bi-monthly evening conferences and an annual Digital Finance Summit, to foster networking and collaboration among its members.

Over 600 attendees from 32 countries; EU Fintech Pitch Battle winners included Lupovis and InvestSuite. Webinar on DORA Date: May 23, 2024 Deep dive into the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and its implications for fintechs.
