EU Legislative Interests
FinMobility actively shapes EU legislation that impacts the Finnish transport and mobility sector, engaging from the early preparatory stages through to final decision-making. Our core mission has traditionally been to ensure that the perspectives, objectives, and best practices of the Finnish mobility and transport, automotive as well as land transport infrastructure and road network sectors are effectively represented at the EU level in both discussions and policy decisions. In this work, we advocate now also for the wider Finnish transport technology ecosystem, including trailer manufacturing as well as producers of heavy commercial vehicle bodywork and components. Alongside influencing EU-level processes, we provide our members with timely and relevant information on legislative and policy developments at the EU level
