Mission & Goals
Finductive Ltd (C89272) is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority and licensed to operate as a financial institution carrying out the activities of payment services in accordance with the Second Schedule of the Financial Institutions Act (Ch. 376 of the Laws of Malta), BIC/Swift: FINDMTMTXXX – Level 2C, Centris Business Gateway II, Triq is-Salib tal-Imriehel, Zone 3, Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD3020, Malta. As a financial institution, Finductive safeguards clients’ funds, as per regulatory requirements. Finductive’s clients’ funds are held with credit institutions and/or invested in secure liquid low-risk assets, in distinct accounts, separate from Finductive’s own funds and solely for and on behalf of the interest of the clients. The clients’ funds are deemed to constitute a distinct patrimony from Finductive’s own funds and Finductive’s clients shall enjoy the right of ownership over these funds. EU Legislative Interests
Meeting with Commissioner Maria Luís Albuquerque, Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union, who will be visiting Malta in February. In this context, we are invited, as a representative of Finductive to a meeting with her on Thursday, 5 February 2026, from 09:30 to 10:15, to discuss the Savings and Investments Union strategy, including digital finance and legislation. The Commissioner will facilitate an open discussion about the challenges that you face and any other matters of relevance which you wish to discuss related to her portfolio.
