Mission & Goals
We use European documentary films as the basis for social impact campaigns across Europe and beyond. This includes creating awareness, promotion of a change of attitudes or behaviours, structural change and the creation of communities around the issues shown in a film.
EU Legislative Interests
The documentary THE PICKERS shows the plight of migrant workers in European agriculture, so the effects of CSDDD and Omnibus I proposals are one of our focus areas. Other areas include social conditionality in CAP, migratory frameworks, national and local implementation of existing legislation, the role of trade unions, and other aspects of corporate influence such as control of pricing of fruit and vegetables.
Communication Activities
We are planning a film screening of THE PICKERS (in whole or in parts) in combination with a panel of experts. MEPs and other organisations listed in this register will be co-hosting and participating.
