Mission & Goals
With a strong expertise on payment related issues and a recognized strategic insight, we help our clients navigate the Brussels environment for them to have a meaningful impact on the EU political and legislative agendas. We equally provide top level assistance to companies wishing to obtain licences to operate in the EU.
EU Legislative Interests
We are mainly involved in issues related to payments, cybersecurity and competition issues. In the weeks and months to come, we will advise and assist our client in defending the payment industry interests on the following files: The revised Payment Package (PSR and PSD3) and all delegated acts and the digital euro draft regulation. We will be drafting position papers, amendments and, hopefully meet relevant members of the ECON committee.
Communication Activities
No campaign or event is planned at this stage given the very rapid pace with which the ECON committee is working on these files.
