Mission & Goals
FEV is an internationally recognised leader in the development and design of conventional and alternative powertrains. Our range of services also includes the development of new solutions for energy systems and for the aerospace industry. Our development services offer our customers real added value to meet current and future market requirements. Quality, short development times and low costs are the essential guidelines of our business. Today, the power and propulsion industry is constantly expected to deliver innovative advances. FEV contributes to this with designs, analyses, prototypes, simulation methods and software development. Our development projects range all the way to the integration of the drives into the entire vehicle and even into series production.
EU Legislative Interests
collaborative pre-competitive research and innovation actions in the frame of Horizon Europe as well as cooperation with the European Commission in planning R&I activities in public-private partnerships such as 2Zero, CCAM, BATT4EU, Clean Hydrogen Europe JU, CHIPS JU and EDF.
Communication Activities
Active participation in cPPP 2Zero, CCAM, BATT4EU, Clean Hydrogen Europe JU and CHIPS JU through membership in the related association of the Partners other than the Union. Participation in collaborative projects of Horizon Europe, Hydrogen Europe und CHIPS JU calls under PIC 999432808 Hosting (public final) dissemination events of projects, disseminating results of projects in social media and web sites where FEV is in charge of the according work package. Numerous public presentations about EU projects, among others in the course of RTR conferences. Contribution to 2ZERO co-programmed partnership SRIA and shadow programme committee.
