Mission & Goals
FEFANA asbl (EU Association of Specialty Feed Ingredients and their Mixtures) is a not-for-profit association representing the interests of the specialty ingredients industry. FEFANA membership comprises manufacturers, traders and premixers of feed additives, functional feed ingredients, premixtures and other mixtures of specialty ingredients. The main activities of FEFANA are: - To improve the understanding of all matters associated with the use of specialty feed ingredients and their mixtures among the public and, in particular, the users; - To safeguard and defend common and general interests of the Members towards the competent EU authorities; - To co-operate among the European specialty feed ingredients sector, reaching out also to other international authorities, where matters of feed ingredients are concerned; - To co-operate with other relevant associations in the agri-food chain; - To promote the scientific development and the application of specialty feed ingredients.
