In particolare il Regolamento (UE) n. 330/2010 ed orientamenti sulle restrizioni verticali ed il Regolamento (UE) n. 461/2010 ed orientamenti aggiuntivi in materia di restrizioni verticali nel settore automobilistico;il Regolamento (UE) n. 2016/679.
