Mission & Goals
Fedima is the European federation of manufacturers and suppliers of ingredients to the bakery, confectionery and patisserie industries. Our mission is to shape a favourable environment and to ensure a sustainable and an innovative bakery industry. We help our members gain access to the EU single market in order to facilitate their business activities within the European Union. Fedima also provides expertise to the EU institutions on items related to bakery ingredients, when requested.
