Mission & Goals
Carpathia Business Center is more than a group of companies - it is a bridge between Romanian companies and international markets. Our main mission is to promote Romanian business and products, facilitating and developing strong economic and commercial links between Romanian and international partners. Through our network of affiliates and local partners, we provide specialized business development advice, representing our members' interests in both the public and private sectors. Our partners include state administrations, governmental and non-governmental institutions, private companies, distributors, product and service providers, manufacturers and many other relevant entities.

The organisation operates primarily as a non-profit professional and research network. Most individuals involved in the activities declared in the Transparency Register participate on a voluntary basis or contribute only a limited portion of their time within the framework of their primary professional employment in other organisations (universities, research institutes, or companies). Consequently, the organisation does not incur full personnel costs for these individuals. Interest representation activities are limited in scope and mainly consist of participation in policy discussions, consultations, and technical exchanges related to research, innovation, and digital transformation. Operational costs are therefore limited to basic administrative expenses, occasional events, and communication activities. These activities are primarily financed through membership contributions and small project-based funding when applicable.
