Mission & Goals
Hoofddoelstelling Het realiseren van een Nederland zonder arbeidsuitbuiting. Doel en werkwijze van FairWork 1. Ondersteuning van slachtoffers van arbeidsuitbuiting FairWork biedt (arbeids)migranten die te maken krijgen met arbeidsuitbuiting toegang tot recht en herstel. De stichting ondersteunt slachtoffers bij het opeisen van achterstallig loon, het doen van aangifte, het voeren van juridische procedures en het vinden van veilige opvang en passende begeleiding. 2. Preventie van arbeidsuitbuiting Door middel van voorlichting en training aan werknemers en professionals draagt FairWork bij aan het vroegtijdig signaleren en voorkomen van arbeidsuitbuiting. 3. Structurele verbetering van beleid en praktijk FairWork signaleert structurele knelpunten en adviseert overheden en ketenpartners over verbeteringen in wet- en regelgeving, handhaving en de bescherming van arbeidsmigranten tegen uitbuiting.
