Mission & Goals
evroTarget L.L.C. is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and customer care service provider, with a primary focus on the energy sector. As a subsidiary of evroenergie L.L.C. and part of the HORIZONTE-Group AG, our mission is to support companies in optimizing their business processes and managing digital transformation challenges effectively. Our core services include energy data management, billing processes, customer service, and technical support, primarily for clients in the German and Swiss energy markets. With a team of approximately 1,300 skilled professionals, we provide customized solutions that enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. We are committed to innovation, service quality, and continuous technological advancement, aiming to be a reliable partner in the energy industry’s digital evolution.
EU Legislative Interests
As a service provider in the fields of energy support, business process outsourcing (BPO), and digital operations, evroTarget L.L.C. actively monitors and aligns with relevant EU legislative developments to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and client trust. Our interest representation activities are focused on legislation that directly impacts data management, energy sector operations, labor regulations, and digital services. The following legislative proposals and regulations are of particular relevance to our work: - Regulation on Energy Efficiency (Recast of Directive 2012/27/EU) – supporting our role in energy data handling and process optimization. - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – critical to our data-driven services and client confidentiality standards. - Proposal for a Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act) – COM/2021/206 final – relevant to our adoption of automation and AI tools in customer service and operational processes. - Directive on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions – Directive (EU) 2019/1152 – significant due to our role as an employer managing large-scale service teams. - Digital Services Act – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – relevant to our platform services and digital infrastructure provided to clients across the EU.
Communication Activities
We have not had any direct contact with EU institutions regarding the above legislative files. Our communication activities have so far been limited to monitoring relevant legislative developments and participating indirectly through sector-related associations and public sources. We remain attentive to future opportunities for engagement, including consultations or stakeholder feedback processes that align with our business areas, particularly in data protection, energy services, and digital transformation.
