EU Legislative Interests

I work on the full range of digital sector policy, including competitiveness, startup and scaleup strategy, and legislative developments related to the digital sector, including the Digital Fairness Act, the simplification package, the AI Act Code of Practice, etc. I also cover enforcement of the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 101 and 102 TFEU, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, and related digital files.

Communication Activities

For the sake of completeness, and despite that these are not activities covered by the Register, I note that I am the author of academic research and writing, blog posts and commentary, including through social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter), and through 3rd-party publications (law review articles, etc.).
