Mission & Goals
Founded in 1993, Eurovent Certita Certification is a leading independent certification company in the field of third-party product performance certification for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) products. Based on a voluntary scheme, our third-party certification is open to all manufacturers as well as to distributors. ECC fulfils the requirements of the EN ISO/IEC 17065:2012 standards for independent certification bodies and is accredited as such by the French authority COFRAC (Accreditation number 5-5017). Through its activity, ECC offers the most comprehensive data base of certified products, covering up to 40 product families.

Eco-Design and Eco-labelling Regulations related to the HVACR industry; Energy efficiency policies in the building and HVACR sector Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 setting a framework for energy labelling.
Communication Activities
Eurovent Certita Certification certifies a range of products that fall under the eco-design and energy labelling regulations. Eurovent Certita Certification provides services to comply with regulation (EU) 2017/1369, more specifically to assist manufacturers submitting information and data to the EPREL database.
