Mission & Goals
- engaging in lobbying activities to bring in viewpoints of its members in legislation and policy; - safeguarding the common interest of its members vis-a-vis international authorities and associations; - participating in the development and implementation of technical regulations and stand-ards for thermal papers; - gathering, processing and reporting to its members statistical data; - gathering, processing and reporting to its members information on the safety of thermal papers; - initiating, coordinating, and supporting legal actions and proceedings, especially con-cerning anti-dumping measures and trade law disputes; - any other activities that the Executive Committee deems necessary or appropriate to further the Association's purpose.

Communication Activities
The ETPA meets with the European Commission on trade matters relevant to its member companies, including on issues related to trade defence instruments and enforcement. The Association also interacts with EU Permanent Representations on specific trade matters, including the distribution of position papers on trade cases relevant to its members.
