Mission & Goals

Vision ENSAs vision is to empower nursing students in Europe to thrive in a safe and inclusive environment, while striving for excellence in patient care. We aim to enhance the well-being, both mental and physical, of our members, promote professional and intercultural skills, develop interprofessional relationships, and encourage Nursing research and the use of digital solutions. Additionally, we seek to strengthen the role of nurses as Mentors for students and early career nurses and raise their voices in European healthcare policy to contribute to a better future.
