Communication Activities

- Co-leading of the European WISE Alliance. Its aim is to enhance the network of WISEs and VET providers at national and European levels. The Alliance works at the implementation of the Sectoral skills strategy (Blueprint), which was developped under the B-WISE project, for WISEs in Europe. - DIGIT-ABLE enhances the digital capacities of Social Enterprises, especially WISEs and those providing services to people with disabilities, by identifying digital needs and developing tailored training programs. It promotes digital transition through capacity-building activities and the Digital Innovation Hubs, fostering collaboration between Social Enterprises and tech companies. - DigitalBoost 2.0 project is a continuation of the "DigitalBoost for Social Integration Enterprises" project, which aimed to propose solutions to enable a fair and inclusive digital transition. The second phase of the DigitalBoost project, which began in April 2025, involves the creation of three digital skills training modules, adapted to the needs of workers in integration in Wallonia and inspired by the B-WISE curriculum. - WISESHIFT stands for “Multi-level policies and theories on how to leverage Work Integration Social Enterprises for inclusive and sustainable socio-economic transition.” It aims to uncover the organisational and ecosystem factors that make WISEs “inclusive and sustainable by design,” and to develop supportive multi-level policy frameworks. - EU4UA is an ambitious, EU-funded initiative that brings together partners from five countries to develop, pilot, and promote a complete blueprint for refugee integration—uniting research, public services, and community support to build pathways from crisis to stability. Coordinated by PCG Polska, ENSIE is an associated partner to this project. - Impact-WISEs, a study to measure but also demonstrate the social and economic impact WISEs produce to integrate disadvantaged people into the labour market.
