Mission & Goals
The European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) is the international, non-profit, independent association of benchmarked Living Labs. Living Labs are real-life test and experimentation environments that foster co-creation and open innovation among the main actors of the Quadruple Helix Model. ENoLL facilitates knowledge exchange, joint actions and project partnerships between its historically labelled +480 members in Europe and worldwide. Its aim is to promote the Living Labs concept in order to influence EU policies, enhance Living Labs and enable their implementation at a global level.

Communication Activities
- Living labs in EU Missions & Partnerships (May 30th, 2024) where Living Labs, EC representatives of both EC Missions and European partnerships, and projects coordinators gathered to explore the role and potentiality of Living labs to support and advance such EU initiatives - OLLD 2025 event in Andorra, where many EC projects where ENoLL is involved as partner or coordinator were presented in booths/ sessions/ Workshops. - The European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) hosted a visit to the ILVO Marien Living Lab for representatives from DG MARE of the European Commission (EC), aiming to introduce them to the concept of Living Labs and highlight the valuable work of one of ENoLL’s certified members. - Contribution to the publication: Spaces for Innovation A Policy Brief from the Policy Learning Platform on Research and Innovation from INTERREG EUROPE https://www.interregeurope.eu/sites/default/files/2022-12/Policy%20brief%20on%20spaces%20for%20innovation_2.pdf - Publication of Policy Recommendations for Integrating Living Labs in Framework Programme 10 (F10) - Participation in the Innovation Act Consultation 03.10.2025 - Participation in EU – Africa Innovation Fair - Brussels on 23 October 2025
