Mission & Goals
The European Network of Gynaecological Cancer Advocacy Groups (ENGAGe) is the network of European patient advocacy groups within the European Society of Gyneacological Oncology (ESGO). It represents all gynaecological cancers (particularly ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar, and rare cancers). ENGAGe objectives are as follows: 1. Facilitate the development of national gynaecological cancer patient groups in Europe and to facilitate networking and collaboration between them. 2. Disseminate information and share best practices to empower patient groups and improve the quality of care across Europe. 3. To increase patient representation in ESGO activities by education on current research and health policy. 4. To advocate patient care policies practices and access to appropriate care at both national and European levels. 5. To educate patient groups, health professionals, the public and health decision makers.
