Mission & Goals
The European Logistics Association (ELA) is a federation of 20 National Logistics Associations, covering countries all around Europe and beyond. The members of these National Logistics Associations are professionals working in a logistics function, mainly in the industry but also in different service sectors. ELA aims to provide an international forum for networking, promotion and development of the logistics and supply chain profession. Furthermore has ELA designed the ELA Certification System to establish a standardised qualification framework for logistics and supply chain professionals across the world. This system is built upon the ELA Qualification Standards, which are widely accepted by the industry and reflect current expectations for workplace performance.
