Mission & Goals
The Foundation shall promote access to justice, the training of lawyers, activities related to the profession of law, the rule of law and legal services and substantive developments of the law itself, the defence and protection of human rights and human rights defenders, and international justice. The Foundation operates both at a European and international level. The Foundation may also pursue its purposes by carrying out activities and projects in cooperation with European Bar Associations and Law Societies and with other entities in general, whether already existing or to be established, based in Italy and/or abroad, and having similar and/or shared purposes.
