Mission & Goals
EJF’s main goal is to promote fair, balanced, transparent and efficient civil justice systems in Europe. Our aim is to ensure that the legal environment in Europe protects both consumers and businesses, and that those with a legitimate grievance have access to justice. We wish to see a system in which innovation and enterprise can flourish and which enhances the international competitiveness of Europe.

Directive on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers (RAD), Product Liability Directive, Regulation on private Third Party Litigation Funding (TPLF), ADR Directive and CPC Regulation.
