Mission & Goals

Promotion of cultural diversity, creation and circulation of European works. The association's non-profit making aim of international interest is to ensure the existence of an environment conducive to the development of a European policy that supports audiovisual and cinematographic creativity in Europe and which guarantees the effective distribution of European works both in Europe and worldwide. In particular, it will achieve its aim through the following activities; - Sharing experience and good practice; - Formulating common positions in policy debates related to the audiovisual sector at European level; - Engaging with the European Union, the Council of Europe or UNESCO; - Monitoring national and European audiovisual policies and their results, in addition to the European initiatives in this area.

Audiovisual related legislations: AVMSD, copyright, IA, platform liability, EMFA... EU funded programmes: Europe Creative MEDIA, Digital Europe, Invest EU, Horizon Europe Trade negotiations State aid

Communication Activities
