Mission & Goals
The remit of Copa is to: represent the voice of European farmers and set the requisite political objectives to promote their interests; boost their income and defend a strong agricultural sector; influence political decisions on agriculture by lobbying the European Union's public institutions and both European and international organisations; promote the multifunctional role of farmers in society; provide a platform for members to debate and exchange their views; seek and promote solutions to important matters of mutual concern; facilitate communication and coordination between its members and between its members' national offices in Brussels and help them to pool their resources if necessary; foster exchanges of opinion and debates, but also with other representative organisations at European and international level ecc
