Mission & Goals

EuChemS aisbl – European Chemical Society - is a non-profit making association. Its mission is to promote cooperation in Europe in the field of chemistry, education and policy related issues amongst those whose interests include chemical science and education. Its predecessor was founded in 1970. EuChemS has over 40 member societies in more than 30 countries, together representing about 160,000 chemical scientists.
