Mission & Goals
The European Business in Trinidad and Tobago is the main private sector voice for European businesses operating in Trinidad and Tobago (advocating and defending their interest), a key point of contact for European investors wishing to explore investment and partnership opportunities in Trinidad and Tobago and a key partner to European institutions extending programmes to European and local investors in the interest of promoting trade and investment between Trinidad and Tobago and Europe. EUROCHAMTT also supports the local business community with access to European partners and access to markets. Our key pillars of support are: 1. Advocacy aimed at improving the ease of doing business and conditions for investment attractiveness. 2. Trade and marketing support for trade between the EU and Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean 3. Support with climate action (for investment) and sustainability (for trade) 4. Communication Activities
DG INTPA - 23 January 2026 - Working Lunch with Head of Cooperation (part of DG-INTPA), EU Delegation Barbados, EU Delegation Trinidad and Tobago and members EU-LAC - we have met staff and discussed on going activities in the LAC area including the CELAC business forum in Santa Marta, Colombia. We have also participated in all EBO WWN meetings in Brussels with direct access to liaise with various presenters from European Commission and especially DG GROW.

EUROCHAMTT is providing project management services to a Government body that has a grant agreement with the EU. We are paid by the Government entity. Additionally, EUROHAMTT members working on the project are paid individually.
