Mission & Goals
strenghen and support the rule of law and judicial independence safeguard constitutional and moral standing of judiciary study judicial problems of European, regional or national interest improve knowledge of European law and judicial co-operation defend and represent the interests of European judges and magistrates

Directives in the criminal field, Development regarding the Independence of the Judiciary in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Moldova, Montenegro, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, Rpmania, Bulgaria. LIthuania, Greece, ; Contribution to the annual Rule of Law Report; sueing the Council and the Commission at the Court of Justice of the European Union for its decision under the conditionallity mechanism, and appael against the decision of the General Court.
