Mission & Goals
The Mission of EAPN Ireland is to put the eradication of poverty at the top of the Irish and European policy agenda and empower groups working to end poverty to understand and influence policy-making. EAPN Ireland is made up of almost 150 local, regional and national anti-poverty organisations. EAPN Ireland supports members to influence national and European policy through training, information, collective action and networking.

Additional Information
Core funding from the Department of Rural and Community Development (under funding Scheme to Support National Organisations) supports the work of EAPN staff on EU related issues. We have also received funding from the Department of Foreign Affairs under the Communicating Europe Initiative.
