Mission & Goals
Die EUR (Europäische Union der Rechtspfleger ist ein Netzwerk nationaler berufsständischer Organisationen und schließt jegliche religiöse, weltanschauliche oder parteipolitische Festlegung aus. Ziel der Organisation ist die Harmonisierung des Rechts in der Europäischen Union durch Verbesserung der Rechtssysteme zum Wohle der Bürger und der wirtschaftlichen Stabilität. Dazu wurde ein Konzept zur Systemoptimierung europäischer Justizsysteme durch Einführung eines Berufsbildes eines Rechtspflegers nach den Vorbildern österreichischer und bundesdeutscher Modelle. Dies beinhaltet auch ein umfassendes Programm zur Verbesserung und Harmonisierung fachspezifischer Studieninhalte in der spezialisierten Juristenausbildung zur Bewältigung grenzüberschreitender Rechtsbeziehungen in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft.

- Participatory Status with the Council of Europe - Observer with the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice - Published the White Paper for a Rechtspfleger for Europe in 2016 - Involved in European Judicial Training for court staff and bailiffs - Conference with EESC President Mr Georges Dassis on 15 March 2018 - Participated to the European Justice Stakeholders Forum Plenary at EESC in 2018 - Regular contacts with the European Land Registry Association - Regular General Assembly in several European countries

The European Union of Rechtspfleger is a non-profit organisation in which currently 3 board members work on a voluntary basis (without financial support). The income of our Union exclusively concerns membership fees of our member associations of currently Euro 9.330,--.
