Mission & Goals
EuroNPUD is the regional drug user rights network in the European Union and its neighbouring countries. EuroNPUD champions community mobilisation and meaningful participation of people who use drugs through a combination of coordinated country campaigns, thematic development projects, advocacy and partnership work, and leadership development activities. EuroNPUD is one of the regional members of the International Network of People who Use Drugs (INPUD). INPUD has been registered in the Transparency Register. EuroNPUD used INPUD's registration until it has obtained its own legal status.

Drug Policy Manifesto for the 2024 European Parliament Elections/Consensus Statement on actions needed from the EU to achieve the 2030 UNAIDS Goals.
Communication Activities
On 21st February 2024, a group of over 30 stakeholders including EuroNPUD convened in the European Parliament for a roundtable discussion hosted by MEP Cyrus Engerer (Malta) and titled “Unfinished Business: the EU mandate we need to achieve the 2030 UNAIDS Goals”. The meeting aimed to gather experts and representatives from key associations and institutions to exchange ideas, share expertise and explore potential actions needed from the EU to reach the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3.3 and end HIV/AIDS. After the meeting, a consensus statement was developed and sent to different stakeholders. In 2023-2024, EuroNPUD participated in the development of the Drug Policy Manifesto for the 2024 European Parliament Elections (https://correlation-net.org/2024/03/14/drug-policy-manifesto-for-the-2024-european-parliament-elections/).

Member Of
EuroNPUD is a regional member of the International Network of People who Use Drugs (INPUD). EuroNPUD is a member of the International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC) that coordinates its member organisations from around the world in advocating for drug law reform. EuroNPUD is a member of the UNODC CSO Group on Drug Use and HIV, which is a mechanism established to coordinate the partnership and meaningful participation of 25 global and regional drugs/HIV civil society networks with United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Global HIV Programme. It is coordinated by IDPC.

EuroNPUD is a network of drug user organizations from countries in the European Union and its neighbouring countries. The drug user organisations are either local or city drug user groups or national networks of drug user groups from countries in the EU and its neighbouring countries. EuroNPUD has member groups and individuals in Czech Republic, Denmark , Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden in the EU. We also have member groups and individuals in the UK and Norway.
