Mission & Goals
EUROMETAL is the European Federation representing steel, tubes, and metals distribution, stockholding, processing, and trading. With roots in the 1950 European Community for Coal and Steel, it unites national federations and cross-border companies in European OECD countries. Its objectives are: Representation & Advocacy – Promote the sector’s interests within a unified European framework. Institutional Engagement – Maintain dialogue with the European Commission, Eurofer, WTO, OECD, and other key stakeholders. Policy & Public Affairs – Define and advocate for common interests in political and public debates. Compliance & Ethics – Ensure adherence to EU regulations and EUROMETAL Compliance Guidelines. EUROMETAL strengthens the industry’s voice, fostering a competitive and sustainable market for steel and metals distribution in Europe.

Press Releases & Newsletters – Disseminating updates on policy changes, industry trends, and advocacy efforts.
