Mission & Goals
We provide financing for rolling stock with a non-profit mission to support the development of track-bound public transportation across Europe. In addition, we finance all other rolling stock with a broader public mission as infrastructure vehicles, freight under concession, rolling stock equipment, etc.

All proposals and policies with regard to (track-bound) public transport (including rail infrastructure, military rail vehicles, rail freight transport).

Our shareholders (mainly state railways in our 25 European member countries and ministries such as the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Sweden). At the end of 2026, the UK might also join our organisation. The Republic of Poland conducts a Due Diligence process on EUROFIMA.
